We utilize this rod exclusively when high speed trolling the Bahama Bank for wahoo.  It is short & stout, and the bent butt allows it to have a lower point of entry.  This which helps your lure remain in the water at higher speeds.  We have also added a swivel tip on the rod which allows the rod tip to follow the line, thus reducing the friction on the line.
